To date, Attawapiskat Enterprises has contributed more than $2.7 million to the Attawapiskat First Nation Community Trust.  Over the past two years, we have also made donations of more than $146,000 to support community individuals with specific needs.

January 2014
Advanced Security Limited Partnership conducts its first Basic Security Guard Course in its new training facility in Timmins – with a 100% pass rate.

December 2013
Advanced Security Limited Partnership moves into a modern office and training facility at 741 Algonquin Blvd in Timmins, Ontario. The new location allows for better services and training opportunities.

Attawapiskat Resources Inc. begins operating as Attawapsikat Enterprises.

Fall 2013
Attawapiskat Resources Inc. confirms new directions for the organization, including a new operating name, graphic identity and refocused business lines – to expand business opportunities beyond the life of the Victor Mine.

Summer 2013
Attawapiskat Catering LP secures contract for catering and housekeeping services at Site 415, the Ontario Government’s Environmental Remediation site at Cape Henrietta Maria on James Bay.

Through Attawapiskat Resources, Attawapiskat First Nation takes over ownership of Advanced Security & Investigation Services of Timmins, Ontario.  The company now operates as Advanced Security Limited Partnership.

(Thunder Bay, Ontario) Attawapiskat Resources Inc. Attawapiskat Resources Inc. is awarded NADF “Corporation of the Year” Award  from Nishawbe Aski Development Fund.

Through Attawapiskat Resources Inc., Attawapiskat First Nation launches 2G cellular telephone service for the community.

Through Attawapiskat Resources Inc., an Attawapiskat First Nation-owned catering company is established to provide business and employment opportunities for First Nation members. The new company worked with Outland Camps to deliver the services and ensure quality knowledge transfer to employees.
